Avis Fleming

Avis Fleming received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bellarmine University in 2002.  She earned her Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2023 from Campbellsville University. She is currently working toward her associate permit in order to continue to  pursue her license in Marriage and Family Therapy in the states of Kentucky and Indiana.

Avis has been in the field of human services for 20 years in the form of case management and working directly with those needing supports in an inpatient setting..  

 

Avis has been married for 11 years to her life partner and best friend. In fact they earned their respective masters degrees together from Campbellsville and walked together.  He has served in and retired from the U. S. Navy.  So she also knows firsthand what it is like to look at trauma through the eyes of a Veteran.

 

Avis is also the proud mother of 2 young children and has a bonus daughter as well.

She loves working with couples and individuals and loves learning new skills to bring into the therapy room.
