Will or Mr. Will if you need to feel formal, is not the typical therapist and he is far from white collar.

Will was born and raised in Louisville Kentucky and received his Masters of Social Work from Spalding University in 2018. He is currently continuing on with Spalding to gain his Doctorate in Social Work.

He has been married for 9 years and has a 7 year old daughter. Will is a very active and involved parent. He is the girl scout, cookie slinggin’, kind of dad!

Will’s household also includes a 14 year old black lab, 10 year old orange tabby, and his daughter’s Guinea pig..

Will dedicated 10 years in the United States Army with 4 deployments to Iraq and has a chest full of awards such as a Good Conduct Medal, Combat Action Badge, and a Driver Badge.

He was nominated in 2019 as Kentucky’s Veteran of the Year due to his extensive work done in the veteran community.

Will exited the Army with no direction until he found his purpose through service to others. Using his own struggles he has endured through and with his rigorous education, he brings a unique perspective to therapy.

Will now dedicates his passions to serving the military and veteran population. He started working with homeless veterans and doing street outreach as well as going into the camps and woods connecting homeless vets to services and housing.

Will also worked with law enforcement officers providing substance abuse treatment to people they came across in the line of duty.

He has spent the last 2 years working in a residential treatment facility working with veterans and DOC (Department of Corrections) clients.

Will is an avid biker and loves putting miles on his 2005 Suzuki. He loves sci-fi books and movies as well as gaming. Will is big into self care and loves to get in his wind therapy!

A day dawns, quite like other days; in it, a single hour comes, quite like other hours; but in that day and in that hour the chance of a lifetime faces us
