Allison Allen

Allison has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Campbellsville University (2004) and a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (2007).

 

She is an LMFT in Kentucky (2013) and in Indiana (2018) and has taught Psychology classes at Campbellsville and Indiana University Southeast.

 

Allison is trained as a Christian Therapist.  She loves working with children, teens and young adults--helping them grow and change for the better!  Allison provides Individual, Family, and Pre-marital Counseling.  She is trained in Crisis Intervention, ASMR and Emotion-Focused Therapy using EFT, Bowenian and Structural Family Therapy interventions as well as CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy interventions. She uses Biblical counseling interventions, when desired.

 

She has been married to Shea since 2008 and they have one son, Jude born in 2011.  Her husband is the pastor at FBC Charlestown where Allison loves serving in their women's ministry, youth ministry, children's ministry and on the prayer team. 

 

The family loves exercising, being outdoors, playing board games, seeing plays and movies together.
