For Heavens Sake Take Care of Yourself.

I know you have heard it before that we have to take care of ourselves.

Though the words self-care have become buzz words we have all heard, it seems no one is really listening.

This is obvious by the spike in untreated mental health issues and in physical health conditions.

If we want to be able to be the supermen and superwomen we think we need to be, we must take the time to heal our minds and bodies from the physical and mental trails they endure every day.
